materials:

worsted weight yarn
size "H" or "I" hook

pattern:

bag:
ch 9
Rnd 1: starting in 2nd ch from hook - sc across, working in un-used loops of beg ch - sc back across, join w/ sl st to 1st sc
Rnd 2-9: ch 1, sc in same st and around, join w/ sl st to 1st sc
Rnd 10: ch 4, sk 1 dc, (dc, ch 1, sk 1 st) around, join w/ sl st to 3rd beg ch
Finish off
Weave in ends.

drawstring:
1st drawstring: ch 30, weave through Rnd 10, join w/ sl st to 1st ch, finish off
2nd drawstring: ch 30, weave through Rnd 10 from opposite side compared to 1st drawstring, join w/ sl st to 1st ch, finish off

Weave in any remaining ends.
